Monica joined the team in July 2025 as a Design Engineer. As part of the design team, she is responsible for designing a range of toolholding and workholding products, helping to develop innovative solutions for our customers' manufacturing requirements.
Before joining Craftsman Tools, Monica was recognised by the North Yorkshire Institute of Engineering and Technology (NYIET) in 2023, receiving top honours in a CAD design competition for her innovative and sustainable coffee machine component designs.
