New Apprenticeship Opportunity at Craftsman Tools' Award-Winning Apprentice School

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new apprentice to join Craftsman Tools’ award-winning Apprentice School from September 2019.

Having taken on apprentices throughout its 65 year history, in 2013 Craftsman Tools took the step of opening a dedicated Apprentice School in 2013 as part of its commitment to continued growth and to bring the next generation into engineering. Just one year later, Craftsman Tools won the award for Best Training Scheme at the Manufacturing Industry Awards.

Craftsman Tools would like to hear from hardworking candidates who are both eager to learn and practically minded, with a sold grasp of Maths, English, and Science.

The apprenticeship will provide solid qualifications and experience for a rewarding career in engineering. Lasting four years, the apprenticeship will see the successful candidate also attend college weekly to obtain their Technical Certificate and BTEC Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations.

More about our Apprentice School can be found out by watching the videos below by City Training Services: ‘Meet Connor’, a Level 3 Mechanical Engineering Apprentice with City Training Services, and ‘Meet Tim Thorburn’, Commercial Manager of Craftsman Tools.

If you are interested or would like more details, please send a CV and cover letter to Jerry Brown, Apprentice Manager, at j.brown@craftsmantools.com.
